HARD CHROME PLATING

Industrial hard chrome is the perfect application for wear and corrosive resistance.

Any type of component which may be worn or damaged, can be efficiently repaired using an industrial hard chroming process

Chroming:

Re-chroming of hydraulic rods up to 5 meters in length & 350mm Diameter.

Re-chroming of seal and bearing diameters on various items.

Fitting:

Our fitting department is capable of overhauling a wide range of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and our test facility enables all cylinders to be pressure tested up to 4200 PSI.

Every cylinder received by ELITE HYDRAULICS is subject to a thorough inspection and a detailed report is attached to all quotes supplied. 

This ensures that all clients are fully aware of what repairs are required and the reason for undertaking them.

All products are warranted for 6 months or 5000 hours

Dismantlling and assembly:

If the metal underneath is damaged, it may be necessary to strip off the chrome plating to repair it. 

In other cases, the chrome plating may simply be worn or scratched, and it may be necessary to remove it to apply a new layer.
